
Then the mother bird makes it fly back to the nest, and when Kiara sees his, her ears droop, and she looks sad.

At the very end of the song, after Simba walks away, Kiara sees the very same bird flying towards her. She watches it fly towards the horizon, and as she does so, she looks sad, then thoughtful.

I love the symbolism, but I wanted to hear what everyone else thinks about this. What do you think is going through Kiara’s mind as she watches the bird fly away?
