I know the budget was lower, they had less time blah blah blah but COME ON!
When Timon and Pumbaa were running away, how come we didn't see Simba at the front of the herd? We never see Mufasa nor Scar either.
There were far fewer wildebeests so they lost so much of the epicness (I hate that word but I can't think of a different one lol
)And then the wildebeests are seen peacefully grazing just a short distance down the gorge.
Overall I think it just made a mockery out of the original
