Personally, I don't find this hilarious at all. If anything, I got sick to the stomach just thinking about eating slugs. Gross! :o

I was just laughing at how much of a fool Timon was making of himself.

I wouldn't necessarily say that Timon was a fool here. Reason is because he was apparently just one snail behind Simba. But like I said earlier in this topic, it was Pumbaa who messed him up at the very end.

I still find it amusing how when Timon takes his turn quickly slurping up the snails when they were lined up all along the table, one of them randomly disappears.

Actually, it really looks like they did make Timon have a chance. It was near the end where the last snail he was going to slurp turned into Pumbaa's face and said "I told you this wasn't a good idea". Plus, do you remember seeing his stomach bulging out?

I need to see this again. Maybe this could've be the ultimate reason why he messed up at the end of the contest after all.

I saw what you meant now. It was a glitch. And some people thought Timon cheated . But he actually slurps the first one before we were suppose to see him slurp the remaining four in front of him when one of the snails disappear in the animation.

I find it hilarious that little Timon could eat so much. He must have had problems with his stomach after that.

He only ate 10x his body weight in snails, so I'd say that makes him the winner.
