1. Way, WAY less Timon and Pumbaa.
2. MORE Cub Kiara
3. MORE Cub Kovu - show more of his training and relationship to Zira, Nuka and Vitani
4. Zira/the Outlanders backstory and Ziras relationship to Scar
5. Have someone at least mention Sarabi (and Sarafina) - what happened to them??
6. Better yet, include Sarabi at some point... would love to see adult Simba interact with his mother, and Kiara interact with her grandmother.
7. Give Vitani a better character development
8. Include Nuka`s dying line "Well, at least I finally got your attention, didn`t I?"
9. Kiara`s hunting training would have been interesting to see, and would have opened up for interaction between her and Nala, and show their relationship.
10. HAVE NALA AND KIARA ACTUALLY EXHANGE MORE THAN THREE WORDS DURING THE WHOLE FILM.
11. REMOVE UPENDI!!!!!

4: Simba and Nala have two cubs instead of one: Kopa and Kiara.

6: Nala gets ambushed instead of Simba.
7: Zira wants to kill Nala instead of Simba because Scar wanted Nala to become his queen instead of Zira.
8: Kovu completed his task to kill Simba.
9: Zira succeeded in taking over the Pridelands.
10: Kiara fights Zira and takes her place as queen.
