The Outlands scenes, Kovu with the bug and bringing back the news about Kiara were good and they would've fit, so would Nuka's death scene. The other 2, not so much.
I am also a big fan of: Phantom of the Opera, High School Musical, Harry Potter, Disney in general, Days of Our Lives, musicals in general, Dr. Seuss in general and the Grinch.

Zira's suicide would be awesome. The way she says "no... never" is creepy. Her voice actress is awesome by the way.
