Ooh, thanks for the heads up! Now I'm sad they closed our Toymaster. It had been there for about 20 years, too

Image is an Epic Mickey concept art. We could have had this in EM3. I still want it.
^ I've actually never seen that happen with the US and UK website. I was curious about it when the TLG merch was first released. I started looking to compare prices with merch that was on both sites at the same time, and there was no difference in base price, i.e non-converted. What was say, $19.95 in the US was still £19.95 in the UK, or around that price. I think I only looked at the plushies though. I hope that doesn't change for the TLG line.

I've got my hopes up that Disney Store UK might make a TLG announcement on February 1st. Even if it's just a promo with the release date. :D
Seen it a few times, with all kinds of merch on both websites.

The Timon hula ornament was 12,95 £ on the UK website at some point, and on the US website it was 12,95 $.
For me, converted into € I would have definatly have bought it from the US website, if only it were on there before it was on the UK website.

Sometimes I've noticed they share the same numbers, with £ or $ next to it, so then for me the $ version is much cheaper.

^ Ah, my apologies. I didn't realise you meant the price was more expensive in euros. The pound is worth more than the dollar, so naturally the US merch is cheaper for you guys. It's not necessarily that it's more expensive for UK people. It's the same price, just in our own respective currency.

Anyway, my Disney Store Janja and Kion arrived from US eBAY this week! Janja was delivered a few days earlier but had custom fees, so by the time Kion had to get dropped off at the post office for being too big, I was able to pick up both. I seriously love these plushies - they're incredibly on-model and super detailed. A little small, but I am comparing them to my only other TLK plush, which is the massive 2011 Diamond Edition Simba. Either way I'm very satisfied and tempted to perhaps purchase the rest of the gang when they are released over here. 8-)

Yeah, for us with Euro currency it's better to get things from the US if you know someone who lives there, hehe.

Going to London again in 16 days, shivering already when have to go to the bank and exchange money, lolz.

I wannit. Kinda hoping it'll still be available around Christmas, it's probably on the more expensive side, so it would be a good candidate for something to ask my bf for.

Are the figurines in the Pride Land playset the same ones in the individual Just Play line, like Bunga's Coconut Blaster? I'd imagine they'd only charge you for the actual playset if that's the case.. unless it's a different set of figurines.
