I actually have yet to see ANYTHING from walmart (went to 3 different ones) but I went to 2 different targets and they had stuff. One had just mini plushes and the other had the mini plushes and action figure playsets.

I got a Kion mini plush cuz i think he's the cutest, though i was tempted on the beshte, a fuli action figure playset LOVE HER, and the soundtrack.

Still no word from Disney Store UK... They recently added two new 'Coming soon' segments, neither of which are Lion Guard. Meh.

That Kion figure reminds me of some of the Pokemon battle playsets.

Image is an Epic Mickey concept art. We could have had this in EM3. I still want it.

Yea that's not the nicest looking figure but it's better than what's on the back of the box. My fuli is the same way. I guess the prototypes were wierd looking with super small irises so they changed them lol

@SimbaPrescott - Yep, still no word. I e-mailed Disney Store UK today and got a reply that they have no information on if The Lion Guard stuff will make it onto their website. I think we could be in for a long wait. :kionugh:

On the other hand, I've found Target to offer pretty reasonable shipping prices to Europe - so I'm keeping a check on their website for some things to hopefully get released.

I also asked the British DS Facebook page a few days ago. No sign of it yet, but I expected that since RotR hasn't premiered yet (no release date yet, either.) I think we have to wait for at least some media before we can expect the merchandise to hit stores. Kinda strange how we got the Tsum Tsums at the same time, though.

If you're a UK fan I'd recommend using the US eBAY. I purchased a Janja earlier in the week and managed to snag a Kion today. Neither have arrived yet, but I'm eagerly awaiting them! Sure, sellers are looking to make a little bit of profit (and probably see that there's a fandom overseas desperate for merch), so they're overcharging by about five to eight dollars, but it's worth it imo. It's definitely the most ideal if you want the DS merch, I feel like the other items they're selling at Target are too small and not worth the shipping price, and the possible custom fees... eugh. Nah. Not for me.

It's definitely superior buying from eBAY rather than the American DS or elsewhere, what with the buyer protection they offer and everything. The US Disney Store charge ridiculous amounts for shipping and the custom fees make me queasy.

I was having a bit of a bad day with trying to figure out the LA Metro and where to go, but in the end, I was able to finally get myself to a Target.
They had the small Kion plush, I'm so happy I found him! Sadly they didn't have the Fuli plush or the blind bags, but it definitely brightened my day. :dreamy:
