Character Album pictures not working...

Character Album pictures not working...

My picture for my character isn't working and it 400 X 400, and less than 400KB. I didn't see anything with this problem either. Please help and thanks guys

Hi Dolphinsea, I'm the FAA manager 
I noticed that it hasn't been working for several people recently.
Can you attach the image you are trying to upload in your next post? Use the full editor for attachments =)
And also, does it give you an error message while trying to upload a portrait? If so, could you copy/paste the error message here?

It doesn't show anything about it not being able to load it but here's the picture and thanks ^^

Okay please try editing your character and re-uploading that portrait. I believe I have fixed the problem but I'd like to make sure it works with your particular character ^^

I tried to do the same thing as what you said before but mine isn't not working
