Disable post count in q&a sections

In this forum you will see an Announcement, and several "sticky" topics. The announcement is the Universal Board Rules. If you are new, read this before doing anything else! I agree that it was a problem before when people would literally spam all over the place just to get a certain number of posts and a certain rank. But no one really cares about post count anymore, at least I don't. If people seriously want to spam the Q&A topics then let them do that. One could argue that it's a bit of a waste of time and intelligence, but it's up to them lol (note that I'm talking about proper spamming here, I'm not bashing everyone who repeatedly posts in these topics ok. That's different.)
