To put them up: click User Control Panel at the top-left corner of your screen; go to the Profile tab; click the Signature tab on the side; add text and code
To request one: go to the Graphics Forum (found near the bottom of the forum index), find a topic that says someone is open for requests, then make your request in the topic or by sending a PM to the person who made it. I can make you a sig if you want
