Some subsections in OT Rp

I think the OT Roleplay section should have two sub forums for original OT character biographies, and an OT Roleplay planning section :3

Soon we will be revising the entire Role Play area and it will make much more sense when we're finished. I can't go into much detail, because we haven't decided on how to do it yet, but we have several ideas! xD
