Yeah, that might be a bit tedious... ah well, I guess for the most part all you have to look for are those accounts with zero posts and judge from there... or, of course, you could just not take out any at all! LOL, it's your call, obviously.

Believe you misunderstood--we're not talking about members with little posts who still sign on occasionally or even often. It's about the members who, a while ago, made an account and then decided to leave and never come back basically the very same day and never made a post.

So you're saying that if a member joined, say, a year ago, never made a post and never logged again except for that day, it's harsh? LOL, I don't quite follow you there.

People who join and do nothing is just soo weird. lol I've seen Lurkers online, but they haven't posted anything.

I don't see why they should be deleted really, they're not hurting anyone (I don't think it slows down the forums noticeably) and they just <might> like to come on to peek around. It's too much work, even for an epic, hardworking admin like Moka, to go through every single member's profile, so why not just let them be

I don't think I will delete any lurkers simply because I've seen plenty of lurkers that come back and start posting. There are other reasons too! Like, some lurkers join because they get more access in places like MLKFAA, where they can favorite artwork and artists and stuff like that.

It actually doesn't slow down the forums that much. Whenever a query is run through the database that is requesting something to do with a user, it has to run through all of the numerous members. But, a computer is doing it, so it's easy and quick. ^^
