MLP Demographics

I just want to settle a question that I've seen appear. How many boys and girls exactly do we have that watch or like MLP.

Does this count the toys? I don't the FiM and not a huge fan of the old ones.

This counts any generation and the toys and merchandise.

Apparently FiM is mostly watched by 14-18 year old and 18 - 25 year old males, but in the past it was mostly females x3

Yeah it supposed to be for girls but boys are allowed to like it too.

Hey thanks for the name and shame.

The point we were discussing at the time in "that thread" was the target audience. I said it is aimed at girls, and then said something along the lines of, if you look at the people on MLK who like it, it creates evidence for that claim... Now, I just voted "Male" to see the results so far, and even with that vote, would you believe it, more females have voted than male.

But you have to remember, MLK is 1) Quite small, and 2) not even dedicated to MLP. So really, looking back, me saying that is irrelevant and so to is this poll. I think you would get a better result posting this somewhere dedicated to MLP =)

I never said it was only for one group of people or another though. I also think The Lion King was aimed at kids, but that does not mean that other people outside the target market are not fully entitled to like it.
