I fargo ND a movie costs:
Regular: $6.50
3D: $9.50
Dicounnt theater: $2.50

$3 extra is a joke and they should be smited

Depends! It usually runs about $10 WITHOUT 3D here though, which... is not fun at all.

It goes down to about $6 where I go to college though, which is really quite handy. Hometown, though? Expeeeeeeensive.

Our discount goes down to $3. It's second-run movies, but that's generally fine with me! :D

I don't know, last time I went it was like £8.50 and totalled 12.50 for that plus a large coke and popcorn. I expect it may be higher by now because that was when we went to see Iron Man (the first one). Then of course I got a HDTV and surround sound so I just wait for blu ray releases now, it's more enjoyable (arguably) and it costs less in the long run if you use it enough.

What i usually try and do is make a list on movies i want to see then wait for it to go to the discount. only problem is that only SOME movies actually go there. So sometimes theres a movie that i really want to see that i wait tell it goes to the discount, and then it never does, so i end up waiting over 3 months to see a movie.

sigh, no discount theater here. The regualr price is about 10 bucks. Matinees are cheaper but add GST(I lives in Canada) then its about the same price. 3-D does not cost extra I don't think...maybe it does, I have no clue XD. I try not to go to the movies to often, after getting tickets, treats and everything else its just to expensive. (However I will make the exeption for Predators :D)
