Nice opinions, but you are all wrong.
Best piece of gaming OST ever - due to the timing. Its from a game where you kill 15 massive boss battles. But that moment when you finally figure out how to take down your skyscraper sized enemy and this song kicks in... Best moment in gaming ever. Also, one of the best game ever so yeah.

One thing I like about multi-player games is the lack of music in them. So I run a music program in the background with music of my choice for some excellent, if not rather uncanny, moments.
