Woeler's anti-religion feelings tend to override his pro-freedom stances 100% of the time.[/quote]

That is because religion doesn't create freedom. It poisons. And seriously... A mosque... On ground zero the government should do nothing, but gaymarriage that's the real deal. I say legal gaymarriage over a mosque on groundzero.

Learn to recognize freedom: gay marriage, euthanasia. Those are huge parts of personal freedom

I can only say one thing. If you, the people work for change. Change will come. A president is the decisionmaker, the people are the ones who carry it out. The auto industry is back, change. Millions of jobs created, change. Being able to say 2 words dear to our hearts to thousands of Americans: welcome home. Change. He hasn't done bad in his last term and I trully believe that he will keep fighting for a better, peaceful tomorrow. It was a clear choice: the people or the money.

I am preparing. Preparing for an America that focusses more on the people. For an America that finally looks at it's older brother and learns from him.

Well, perhaps this time one of the parties will not cite their sole goal as "Keeping president Obama a one-term president." Maybe this time it'll be, "Help the American people." What a thought!

And a good start would be the three G's. God, Green and Gays.

And now: The financial impact of the voting.

I woke up today to find out that not only has Obama been reelected (something I already knew), but that California also passed just about every tax measure it had. So now not only am I displeased with the election results, I am also calmly informed that there is a high probability that my family will not be able to afford living here anymore, and will have to move out. This will almost certainly impact my college education in a negative way, so let me make it loud and clear:

Unless you want to send you an extremely angry letter, DO NOT tell me how great it is that someone who promised to legalize gay marriage got elected is a good thing.

Disappointed doesn't even begin to express how I feel like at the moment.

Prop 30 is only one of the many tax measures that got passed. Now add a democratic president who likes taxes to solve problems to the equation and do the math:

I predict that California is going to suffer as everyone with money will move out because they can, and those with just enough will try to move out because they must just to survive.

I'm not going to believe/debate/discuss any of that until I have full proof of the severity of the measures, plus no downslopes please...

People with money moving out is again, a huge radicalization. If Obama was such an idiot he wouldn't be running a 2nd term.

If you're in as bad of a financial situation as you say you are, apply for a Pell grant. It's basically free money provided by the government that you don't have to pay back, as long as you're going to school. The money I got from my Pell grant not only paid for my tuition, but my books as well, and I still have a thousand dollars to spend on supplies and gas to get to school after that.

http://studentaid.ed.gov/types/grants-scholarships/pell

You complain about taxes being raised, but the money is going directly to those who need it most.

And, let's not forget this is a debate thread, after all. You are free to express your opinions, of course, but do not expect to post something here without anyone else arguing and debating over it. You're gonna have a bad time.
