My mistake. Perhaps I should have used this link; Richard Clarke (former White House counter-terrorism advisor) states in this article that pressure cooker bombs have been found in Afghanistan and Pakistan, but that doesn't necessarily point to foreign involvement, as the pots used in the bomb are so widely available from retail stores to those founds in home, and instructions for how to build the bombs are easily accessed online by anyone.

So, I may have to take Regulus's side until further information about those involved are confirmed. So, it really doesn't narrow the nationality of suspects...at least for now.
Another thing I want to add is the Associated Press has confirmed that the "Pakistani Taliban, which claimed responsibility for the 2010 attempt in Times Square, has denied any part in the Boston Marathon attack."

However, the article states that Al-Qaeda's branch in Yemen gave a detailed description of how to make a bomb using a pressure cooker in a 2010 issue of Inspire, though the article does not state they were involved.

^ From what I understand about the current evidence, the culprit is actually two people, and one if not both is white.

Because as horrible as the Taliban and Al-Qaeda are, they at least claim credit for what they do, because they want to be heard. As soon as all those 9/11 conspiracy theories came about, let's just say that Al-Qaeda was not amused. If the Taliban denied involvement, we can trust their twisted mentality to hold judgement that it wasn't them.

Since no one has posted it yet, Suspect #2 has been captured Alive tonight in a now rainy Boston.

CNN.com currently has an area of large text on the front page of their website:

1. I know it's not a very realistic expectation
2. Might not be very proper, but I still think it's worth a shot:

Considering Obama's speech that he made about people running the 118th Boston Marathon with more energy than ever...

What if he will run it too? That will be quite the bad*** thing to do.

The picture is actually quite stupid. Tens of thousands of people die a far more tragic and horrible death every goddamn day. Do they reach the news? Do they get all the attention? Do they get a speech by the president? Is their family supported by a whole country?

And people still believe everyone is equal? Stop fooling yourself.
