About Rebecca Black's "Friday", I blame her. As the music artist, she had just as much rights as the producers to change the song however she wanted or even say that she didn't like the song. She didn't even bother to think and hear twice about the song. She just let herself drown herself into sorrows of hatred by me and many others around the world.

Nope. Friday was produced by ARK Music Factory which is not the same as most big record labels. And thanks to your blind hatred, she was able to start her own record label, and release her 2nd single which did a lot better than Friday, and is using that record label to produce an upcoming LP which will no doubt sell very well in the end. So by that virtue, your hatred gave her a career... Would hardly say that she "drowned into your sorrows of hatred".

They are prime examples of why the world is unfair. In a few days of hanging around Berklee college of music I met a hundred kids each of whom had 1000x the talent of both these kids combined. JB and RB's success is not from hard work or from natural born talent. It is from dumb luck (rebecca black) or cultivating an image (JB's image/Usher sponsorship).

I'm not sure I would compare them, though. RB is just an internet fad. JB is at least some semblance of a musician: he has a fine singing voice (if a bit buttery, and a very limited range) and he actually does write his own songs. However, you have to remember how uninvolved he (like many 'artists' are these days) is. He wrote the basic song lyrics and -maybe- the chord changes, but the studio supplied the entire track. He is not involved in the musical production outside of singing, and any musician can tell you that singing is only a small part of the creative process of creating a song. I don't mind him as a person, though. He's got some funny moments. People love to hate him but from what I've seen he's not a bad guy. C:

And while I love that he's into drumming, he really, really shouldn't be drumming at his shows. It's embarrassing. =P

I like Justin Bieber, I like his songs too. I don't know why people hate him, it's just another famous pop star.

As for Rebecca Black, I don't like her songs or voice. I can understand why people hate her

I honestly haven't heard either one of them sing (well I'm not sure about Black actually, but I know I haven't heard Bieber sing yet), but everywhere I go, I always see people making fun of them or making jokes about them.

I honestly could not give a single f*ck about Rebecca or Justin. As far as I'm concerned, they're always going to be more famous than me and probably the majority of people on this forum, and they make crappy music that gets stuck in your head. Justin Biebers songs may be bad, but that's not what thousands of teenage girls think, and everyone may hate Rebecca Black but because of that she's popular now and I rather enjoy singing 'Friday' every friday because my friends hate it and it amuses me.

I hate Justin Bieber with a passion. I dislike his music and most of his fans are just too damn annoying. About 90% of them actually seem mentally unstable.
