A huge earthquake in Japan

Alright, here is everything I have heard!

It was an 8.9 M earthquake.

California is getting hit with the tsunami. As far as ik, everyone along the coast was evacuated.

I read that the highest tsunami serge was 5.1 feet high!

One man was killed by this thing in California. idk the full story, but he was apperently taking pictures with his two friends on the bank of a river coming out of the ocean. Pretty sure all got swept in, two made it out, one drowned. Idk if that's what really happened or not tho.

Tsunami warnings MIGHT still be up, but idk.

There's a possibility another earthquake will hit on the San Andreas Fault in CA, but that is HIGHLY unlikely.

410 confirmed dead early this afternoon, countless missing.

largest aftershock was a 7.1 I think.

Japan almost has a REAL nuclear bomb, the real bombs, go off after the Tsunami that hit Japan. Radiation leaks in some plants.

As you can see I've done a lot of reserch on it so far. xD Still searching it! Lol idk what's right and what's wrong, but that's what I've found!

I'm glad you and your family r okay! That must have been so scary!

Thank you for all your encourgement.
It is so terrible that the tsunami caused damage in America and other countries.

Over 50 countries have offered Japan to help. Thank you people all over the world. Thank you for praying!

Yes, radiation may leak from some plants, but they say it would hardly have influence on human body.
I feel a little easier today, but we have still aftershock occasionally and water has been stopped.
Everybody, thank you for praying for Japan!

I'm learning Japanese/Japanese Culture so this kinda felt really personal to me, aswell. So my heart definately goes out to everyone who was involved in this incident.

Sorry, I'm kinda at a loss for words here... I wasn't expecting this to happen at all, and I hope everyone is alright. My heart goes out fully to all the people lost in the disaster.

Me and my parents kept watching the news about the earthquake and tsunami. I can't believe that all this massive destruction happened to Japan! I pray for those in Japan! This is how I feel about the 8.9 earthquake and tsunami ---> :cry2:

Thank you Cheetah, WildSimba, QueenRalexia, and SimbasMate1 ^_^

The magnitude of this quake is estimated up to 9.0.

Water is still stopped in my region, but they say that it will be restored at 1:00 PM.
I went to W.C. only once yesterday, and I haven't bathed for 3 days lol
Everybody, thank you for praying for Japan!

We're sorry this happened to you Leleupi. Let's hope this doesn't last forever. Although I live nowhere near Japan, I felt a quake just a week ago from Mt. St. Helens. It was small. 3.2, but I still felt it. And there is a tsunami warning on the coast of Oregon, U.S.A. Which is close to where I live. EEK!

It reminds me when Singapore was flooded . Water supply was the flood and some sewage treatment problem caused water supply to be shut down for a week. For us our school field once used for soccer was now a swimming pool. And I wore swimwear to school on that week^^

All of our hearts go for all these people. It really is devistating. I cant even begin to imagine what they must be going through right now. Horrible. :( But, they'll rebuild. And countries r gonna help out. No one in this world will be alone after a disaster like this!
