Woah, sorry for the late answer. 0.o" I haven't checked this topic for a few days. XD
The game is not better than the Snes ones (nothing beats a classic XP) but so far, since I haven't finished the game, it's definitely a great comeback. The control may be a slight problem sometimes but you get used to them quickly. The level designs are amazing and brings a great platforming. The game brings a few challenges now and then but remains not too difficult. (playing in the "2 players" mode add quite a lot of difficuly and frustration sometimes lol to the game) There's also the soundtrack mostly made out of upgraded versions of the Snes games music and which sound really good. My only complain so far would be the game being too short but platformer are never that long so I can't really complain about that, lol. But, yeah, overall it's really good. ^^
