My favorite is Pokemon Blue. I got it when I was, like, 6, got to the first few gyms, lost it for 7 years, and then found it a few months ago and beat it. I completely forgot bout my start, Blastoise, because I got a Clefairy in Mt. Moon, evolved it into Clefable, and then completely pwned with it. It's a regular type so it can use any type of attack, and I have it set for Bubblebeam, Thunderbolt, Seismic (sp?) Toss, and Earthquake. Level 100 too

I have Platinum too, but I lost it a few months ago (I'll probably find it when I'm 21 and beat it then if the pattern continues). I think that the original versions are better though, even if they have poor graphics, the pokemon are much more original since it just started and they had a lot of material to work with. Now, they've used up everything and are being forced to make copies of earlier pokemon or more evolution forms for them since they're out of ideas. And there's one thing I've been wondering since the dawn of time/pokemon? Why do they come out with games in twos? I'm pretty sure they're exactly the same, save for the legendary pokemon you can capture. Why get both, which is pretty much doing the same game over again, just for 1 pokemon? I just don't get it.
