The newer games don't exist to me. Ignorance is bliss when it comes to things I don't like, so I played them (Sonic Heroes, Sonic the Hedgehog next gen and Sonic... Err the one where he turns into a werewolf) once and then write them off as if I didn't.
This series has declined faster than a sack of bricks being dropped from a plane whilst in flight. And it's upsetting too, to think that Sonic was part of my childhood (played Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 to death... Literally, my dreamcast died whilst playing 2)... Now it's like every good emplyee has left Sonc Team and as a result the quality has dropped tremendously. Heck, even the music was better in the older games.

I am not saying I don't like the series, evidently I still love the games up untill Soinc Adventure 2. What I am saying however is, they really need to get it back to the way it was (trying to get 7 emeralds before the dark side to stop Dr Robotnick from firing his lazorz, or introduce a good new game.
If it aint broken, don't fix it. If it is broken... Don't freakin' break it even more!

I wish they would bring that back in the newer games..
It's so much fun to raise all those cute chao's.
I really miss that in the newer Sonic games.

I really always have loved Sonic games, I love the new-ones and the old ones, and mostly, I love the new Sonic Generations ^^ as well, I have Sonic Unleashed, well yea, maybe the Werehog was a bad idea, but it's very fun for me, except that the werhog fighting music sounds like I'm in a Jazz club or something, lol. But yeah, I really love Sonic ^^ <3

Yeah i agree, the best sonic games are the old ones. I have the special edition on NDS who reunites the four first sonic the hedgehog games in one. That's pretty good. Most of the 3d ones are crap .
