Amadeus

Has anybody else ever seen this movie? Tom Hulce was in it... he's the voice of Quasimodo by the way. It was about the story of Mozart and whatnot. It's a really good movie. Don't be turned off by the fact that its about Classical music. It's a great drama and has quite a few funny parts! 8-)

It's an excellent movie. Peter Shaffer deserved that Best Screenplay Oscar. However, I didn't think it deserved Best Picture. The Killing Fields was a better film in my opinion. ;) I'm really surprised to see a topic for it on this website.

This movie is awesome! It's a little long and tends to drag in some parts, but it is really, really, awesome!
I am also a big fan of: Phantom of the Opera, High School Musical, Harry Potter, Disney in general, Days of Our Lives, musicals in general, Dr. Seuss in general and the Grinch.

I love Amadeus! My Grandma had this on video when we were little, and whenever we went to visit we just HAD to watch it! The last bit where Mozart gets sick, especially during the Don Giovanni opera part, always scared me. And where he just writes his music (in ink pen!!) on the pool table......well, that was magnificent =)

Tried watching it. I love Mozart but the movie was WAY too long.

F. Murray Abraham as Saliari was fantastic...even if the real Sallari was nothing like that 8-)
