Based on the arcade game of the same name by Capcom, the Power Stone cartoon was originally released in Japan in 1999 not long after the arcade game, but it didn't come out in the USA until late 2001. It's the story of Edward Falcon (Robert Tinkler) who receives a weird stone from his father who's off traveling, and then the next thing he knows, all kinds of thugs are after him. Not long after, he meets a sexy fortune teller named Rouge (Stacey Depass) whom he immediately falls in love with, and a samurai named Ryoma (Eddie Glen), who has some obsession with wanting to battle Falcon, and a cute ninja chick named Ayame (Stephanie Morgenstern, who also plays Sailor Venus in Sailor Moon). And tagging along is the Falcon family servant or butler or whatever named Apollis (William Colgate).
It's a very good show, and it's the reason Robert Tinkler has become one of my favorite voice actors, and I've grown quite fond of the pairing of Falcon & Rouge after watching these AMVs by this one guy who ships that pairing also, such as this one:
