Submitting Rules:

1. When submitting a graphic, it must be smaller than or as large as 600x600.
2. You may only submit one graphic per contest.
3. Your graphic must be TLK related.
4. Buttons, Avatars and bars are not accepted.
5. All graphics must be watermarked. (A copyright notice of who did the graphic)
6. The graphic must be your own.
7. All your graphics must be new and made especially for this topic. When not and an older graphic you made previously, you will not be submitted and will need to make a current one.


Voting Rules:

1. Please do not vote for yourself.
2. Do not say who you voted for. This is extremely confidential.
3. Please don't make any bad comments on a graphic.

Just a note, alot of these signatures are signed, which pretty much ruins the unbiased method of just numbering the submissions. Not trying to be a bum bum, but that's something I'd like to point out.

If you think the numbering thing is to make they ''unbiased'', let me told you (as far I know), that's not the point of the numbering, I mean, they're just to have a reference of who are you going to vote for.

Unbiasedness comes with everyone's conscience.

To eligible for this contest, one has to put a watermark in their graphic identifying who made it. We do this so that nobody tries to use someone elses without giving them credit. The very first contest had this rule. To my knowledge, this isn't suppose to be anonymous. If anyone wanted to find out who made what, all they would have to do is look at the submissions page. Copyright theft is a much bigger problem than keeping the voting fair and balanced.
