Appearance:
Long and heavily muscled. The Sea Clan dragons are all quadripedal, with webbed toes and sail fins to replace the wings that the land-dwellers once had. Her tail is long, with a fin that surrounds it on all sides from top to bottom. This allows her to swim by swishing her tail from side to side, like a fish or a crocodile. Her head is rounded like a horse's, with whiskery extensions that resemble a catfish. She has fins on the sides of her head that flare up when angered. Her body is covered in watertight, smooth scales.
She's dark blue in color, with eyes as gray as a storm above the water. She has short, curved black claws that serve for grabbing and holding prey. Her underbelly is a very pale blue, and is plated much like a snake's underbelly.
Among her clan, she's considered very beautiful, even if her personality is a bit prickly.
Personality: Strong, proud, and defiant. She quickly gets into physical confrontations, but she can also just as quickly resolve her anger. She is much like the ocean itself in that respect--violent and unpredictable. She's honest and true to her family and friends, and she's fiercely loyal. However, she's never really happy about much. It takes a lot to make Odet laugh, and she's quick to judge others for their actions. She's pessimistic about the world and goes to great lengths to tell others what she thinks about things in life. In other words, Odet is... not very nice.
She absolutely hates anything to do with the Air Clan, and after seeing Darwing's mutated, winged status, she was with the others when they shunned and ridiculed him. In fact, she was one of the ones who had plotted to kill him, with none of the others opposing her. The only one who ever seemed to have any sort of feelings for the monster was Aimara, his mother.
She's highly skilled in combat and in causing others pain. Violence is the mantra she lives by, and probably won't be broken of it until the day she dies.
History: Raised to be arrogant, proud, and violent by her parents, and often fights with her sisters and brother. In fact, as a child, the siblings fought so much that one of their brothers was seriously injured and died from his wounds. This was seen as weakness by his parents, however, and they were almost glad to have whittled down their brood to only the strongest.
Odet was glad to see that Darwing finally understood his place, no matter what Aimara said. When he leaves, she will be more than happy to leave him alone as long as he stays gone.
