Mei-Lin and Huan Ning (Kung Fu Panda OC's)

As well as the other stuff I'm into, I'm also fond of Kung Fu Panda. To that end, I created these two characters for an AU version of the KFP story that I did. BTW, I know the story behind white tigers in real life, so no comments on that please. Also, no pairing discussions please. Anyway, on with my characters.

Character 1:

Name: Mei-Lin
Name meaning: Beautiful gem
Species: South China tiger
Fur color: White
Eye color: Blue
Current age: 20
Relatives: Po (father), Master Tigress (mother), Huan Ning (sister)
Description: Mei-Lin is a gorgeous, lithe white tigress with blue eyes. She is one of Po and Master Tigress' twin daughters, the other being Huan Ning. Mei is very similar to Nala in personality. She is very devoted to her family and friends. She is romantically involved with a young male Snow leopard named Cheng-Ti.

Character 2:

Name: Huan Ning
Name meaning: Peace and tranquility
Species: Giant panda
Fur color: Black and white
Eye color: brown
Current age: 20
Relatives: Po (father), Master Tigress (mother), Mei-Lin (sister)
Description: Huan Ning is a gorgeous, lithe panda. She is the second of Po and Master Tigress' twin daughters, the other being Mei-Lin. Unlike her sister, Huan is quiet and a bit shy, but shares Mei's devotion to their family and friends. She is romantically involved with a young male fox named Wei-Wen.



Notes:

I created these characters in the months after seeing Kung Fu Panda in theaters. My AU version, "A Warrior's Rise", looks at what might have been had Po and Tigress grown up together. Unfortunately, some of the story was lost when my computer had to be fixed, so I am currently in the process of rewriting it.
