RP or Fan-Fic?

Okay, so I've been on a bit of a kingdom hearts fix and I got to playing kh2, which is what got me looking into TLK again. Now I want to RP a story based on TLK but have my character be a Keyblade master that decided to stay in the TLK world to protect it from pretty much everything.
I don't know how many of you would e interested in something like that, but the kicker here is that my character would be the only one in the story using a keyblade.
I'm not sure if I want to make this idea of mine an RP or a fan-fic...
