Located to the North-East of Sun-Drown-Place, the aloof and secretive SeaClan makes its home between the sandy beach and the edge of a great forest which is rumored to hold four other cat clans deep in its depths. Though its past is shady, SeaClan is actually the result of a long-ago infringement of the first rule of the Warrior Code.
Many moons ago, before Firestar ever set foot on ThunderClan territory, a cat from ThunderClan fell in love with a cat from RiverClan. Knowing that they could never be together and still be loyal to their clanmates, they defected from their respective clans and ran away together, eventually following the beach from Sun-Drown-Place until the forest and sea met. Here, the RiverClan warrior felt at home near the sea, while the ThunderClan warrior felt secure in the familiar forest.
It took much time before they developed the skills to gather prey from the beach and the sea, but the skills they honed were passed down from generation to generation, and are now an integral part of a 'paw's training. As of now, SeaClan cats are able not only to fish in the dangerous ocean, but to gather and crack open crustaceons (using rocks) from the beach and sea. They must also learn to watch the tides, so that they may move up to 'SafeGround' when the waves submerge the beach; and sense when a storm is approaching.
Life along the sea is generally good in Green-Leaf, but when Leaf-Bare comes, the cats must take shelter full-time in the forest, to avoid the fierce, cold winds that blow over the ocean. Due to the dampness of their habitat, the cats are also prone to Whitecough and Greencough.
Since no other clans live nearby, SeaClan cats do not focus much on honing their fighting skills, save for when a rogue is reported to be in the area. They would be woefully unprepared for an enemy attack from another clan. They also do not have much contact with StarClan, and many of their cats are not even sure that they believe in it at all... which may prove fatal for them in the end.
After all, times are changing; predators and rogue cats are moving in and threatening the lives of the clan. Now, several cats will be chosen to go deep into the forest, to the rumored Four Clans (ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, and WindClan) for help.
CATS
Leader
Moonstar-- Silver tabby she-cat with blue eyes. As the moon governs the tides of the sea, so Moonstar governs her clan with wisdom and gentleness. Old enough to be an Elder, and with eight lives already lost, Moonstar is well-aware that her time to join StarClan is almost nigh....
Deputy
Gullheart-- Large, handsome white tom with grey flecks on his hindquarters and tail, a black spot on his forehead, and amber eyes. The Yang to Moonstar's Yin, Gullheart has a kind heart, but can come off grumpy and crusty to others. Often wishes that Moonstar would reunite their clan with the others, which he has heard about from a lone cat that lives on the other side of the forest. Mate is Shellpelt.
Medicine Cat
Bluewater-- A thin black tom with blue eyes and a deformed right ear which has rendered him deaf on the right side. Blunt and aloof, he is good at what he does, but his bed-side manner leaves something to be desired.
(Apprentice: Warmpelt-- Brown tabby tom with amber eyes)
Warriors
Shellpelt-- Light brown tabby she-cat with amber eyes. Known for being quiet and not particularly skilled in hunting or defending territory. However, she earned the love of Gullheart with her seriousness, honesty, and steadfast loyalty. Has a good, but slightly dark sense of humor, and is excellent at predicting the weather.
Sandpelt-- Large ginger tom with amber eyes, father to Crabclaw and Lobsterclaw. Offbeat and somewhat eccentric, Sandpelt is nevertheless a loyal and valuable warrior. More at home on the beach that in the forest, he is often found lying on the sun-warmed sand in his downtime. Has a clownish, witty demeanor and is good at pawning off small tasks onto others when he doesn't feel like working. Mate is Sundapple.
Sundapple-- Pale ginger she-cat with green eyes, mother to Crabclaw and Lobsterclaw. Quiet and level-headed, she is often put-out with her mate Sandpelt's antics, but loves him deeply nonetheless. However, regrets that she let him name her daughters.
Crabclaw-- Pretty pale-ginger she-cat with amber eyes. Intelligent and playful, known for making mischief. Excellent at gathering prey from the forest, but not quite as skilled in the sea. Known to be slightly clumsy, but good at cracking crustacean shells. Mate to Hermitshell and sister to Lobsterclaw.
Lobsterclaw-- Pretty dark-ginger she-cat with amber eyes. More like their mother than Crabclaw; kindhearted and a skilled hunter. Much better at gathering prey from the sea. Enjoys teaching others her skills, and likes to learn. (Apprentice: Mosspaw-- Brown tabby tom with green eyes)
Hermitshell-- Tuxedo tom with green-gold eyes. A soft-spoken, timid cat known for his very soft fur and shy disposition, but don't underestimate him in a skirmish. Mate is Crabclaw. (Apprentice: Weedpaw-- Brown tabby tom with green eyes, brother to Mosspaw)
Queens
Pearlheart-- White she-cat with amber eyes, black flecks on her hind-quarters and a black-tipped tail. Sister to Gullheart.
Goldsand-- Very pale ginger she-cat with amber eyes. Sister to Sundapple.
Greenwater-- Thin black she-cat with sea green eyes. Mother to Bluewater.
Sparklewater-- Beautiful silver tabby she-cat with blue eyes. Daughter of Moonstar and an unknown male.
Elders
Thornhead-- Brown tabby tom with amber eyes. Father to Shellpelt, whom he had late in life with his younger mate.
Prawntail-- Small silver tabby she-cat with light blue eyes.
Shrimpwhisker-- Large ginger tom with amber eyes. Father to Sandpelt.
Rockpelt-- Brown tabby she-cat with green eyes.
Rules for the RP
The RP need cats to make journey to the Four Clans (the clans of the book series). You can make up you own cat to go on the journey or sign up to play the canon book characters (Firestar, etc.) when the time comes. These can include StarClan characters and loner cats.
However, some rules do apply:
1. For OCs. No unnatural coat/eye colors such as "her fur is candy-apple red and her eyes are violet" or "he had glowing red eyes and golden claws". The only exception for red or pink eyes is if your cat is an albino. However, albino animals tend to be weak and sickly, so you may want to keep that in mind for your character. If you are unsure about what colors/patterns you want for your cat, you can Google 'cat coat colors' or ask me.

2. No force-mating, killing, or god-monding (i.e. taking control of other people's characters or changing the storyline without consulting with everyone.) A character only dies or mates with its creator's permission.
3. Depending on how many players join, you may play up to three characters apiece.
4. If you are going to play a character from SeaClan, have names that reflect the beach/sea environment.
5. Have fun!
