Nope, this is a pic of him.

I was thinking that in his world (pretty much our world but doesn't break the 4th wall), he was transported to where the characters are now by Sue Sylvester because since he's the best singer New Directions has, she wanted him out of the way. Right before they all went on stage to perform for Nationals, Sue got Santana and Quinn to lead him away and she pushed him trough a portal or worm hole or something, and he ended up falling on Fox's head, wheelchair and all And now he's stuck dealing with a world full of anthros and talking animals.
