Hmm... maybe some info about me and my history with The Lion King? Well, I'm a 20-year-old Finnish guy. Saw The Lion King on a borrowed VHS with my dad when I was 3, and basically it made an everlasting impact on me, as I'm sure you all know can happen.
Around a year later I got Simba's Pride on VHS. I used to not like it very much as a kid, at least not nearly as much as the original, but learned to enjoy it as a good sequel when I got older. At about 7-8 I got the original movie on VHS and fell in love with it all over again. A few years later I saw TLK1½, and thought it was alright. No burning need to see it again, but I was just glad they kept the franchise I love alive. I've now watched the two released episodes of the new Lion Guard series (which actually got me to finally join here) and think it's alright. I can accept it's aimed at kids and that I need to throw all the movie canon out the window to enjoy it. Again, I'm mostly just happy they're keeping the franchise alive, and am eager to see how it will turn out as time goes on. My favourite new character so far is Zuri. She's adorable! 
Other than being interested in TLK, I'm also a brony, a big fan of the 1990 Moomins series, and a fan of the 2003 Turtles cartoon. I like playing guitar and have an interest in developing games. And yeah, that's about it. Oops, kinda long introduction! Well, hope that gave some insight on me and hope I'll be visiting here quite often and make some fellow TLK friends.
Random facts: Scar is my favourite overall character. I have a Shenzi plushie. Excluding a few songs, I still prefer the Finnish dub of the first two movies. I had Simba's Mighty Adventure for PS1 but sadly sold it. I'm very active on Twitter, so if you wanna talk anything poke me at @KalloSkull. And finally, Shenzi's my waifu so claws off!
