Hello, everyone! I'm new here, obviously. :] My name is MuddyMufasa, but you can call me Muddy. I'm sure there are a lot of people here who have usernames/nicknames related to the characters, so I think it's safer to go by something non-TLK related... This is a little off-topic, but I love these smilies. 8D I think I'm going to like this forum.

Anyway, I'll tell you a little bit about my TLK experience. :3 I was born pretty close to the year that TLK was made, yet I was sadly deprived of Disney movies as a child. Anyway, one day just about a year ago I having an e-mail conversation with my friend, and she randomly started typing lyrics to songs in The Lion King. At first I had no idea what the heck was wrong with her, but she told me that it was from The Lion King, which was her favorite movie. I looked up the songs and fell in love with them. After that I decided I needed to see the movie.

I looked all around for the movie, but I couldn't find it in any stores near me, and my mom couldn't find it online for a cheap price. Then one day I slept over at my aunt's house with my sister. We were all downstairs in my aunt's awesome basement, which has a ton of movies. ^.^ I was looking at them and then noticed that there was a VHS of The Lion King. I screamed and watched it.

The movie was just as amazing as I expected it to be... even though I cried my eyes out at Mufasa's death.

So, yes, that was only a few months ago, so I am new to this fandom, however, I'm really in love with The Lion King. It's just an epic film and it's so much better than the current trash Disney has on these days. :C I've seen The Lion King 2 as well, on YouTube, but I have yet to see The Lion King 1 + 1/2. I'm hoping to save up to buy that new eight-disc pack of The Lion King DVDs and Blu-rays. It looks so cool and I want it so badly. D8

Anyway... I just love The Lion King. Like I said, it's a great movie. All the songs are beautiful, too. I listen to them constantly and know them all by heart. I've also been learning to play them on the piano. :3 I think the soundtrack really just completes the movie.

As you can tell by my username, my favorite character is Mufasa. He's just epic, in my opinion. XD Also, my favorite couple is Kovu and Kiara.

So, yeah, that's the end of my rambling. XD Anyway, I can't wait to join in here! I think this place looks like a lot of fun!
