OK, once they get to the Treasure room, Kovu and Kiara sneak off and get the five fingers of discord first. Then after it gets onto Kovu, Imon Phire appears and tries to Kill Kovu, and like before Kovu unintentional kills him, becoming the new king of theives.

Yep, and then we introduce Genie and Simba gets his first wish (the ring).

right and then the next wish is getting the to Fayiz, after which Scar steals the lamp and takes over.

Well, sort of. Simba's next wish is actually made as a joke (for a better transport). Genie misunderstands and grants him the elephant. Also, we've got to do some stuff with Simba and Nala talking and so on (like the carpet ride).

I decided to make Carpet an old friend of Sarabi's. Also I was thinking that Sarabi couldv'e also used Genie to become a Princess so she could marry Mufasa and that Genie told her it was OK that she didn't free him cause this was true love.
