Ok, first off, I'm sorry for multi-posting. I just get excited about my ideas. I'm gonna try my hardest to stop after this one. Mods, I apologize.


Anyway, now we just need the next Nala post so that we can continue. Then its on to all the good stuff.

I'm sorry to do this again... I am really trying to stop multi-posting.


Anyway, cast, we need posts to keep us going. I apologize if I sound rude, but I'm not trying to be and understand that we all have lives outside this board. That said, here is the plan so that I don't have to say it again:


. The current conversation finishes and Simba and Nala escape from Zazu and go to the Elephant Graveyard

. The hyena chase happens

. Mufasa saves the cubs

. Scar and Zira look on in anger over the hyenas' failure

. The "Under the stars" scene happens

. Scar and Zira rally the hyenas

. The stampede and Mufasa's death

. Scar and Zira try to make Simba believe it was his fault

. Simba flees

. Scar declares Zira his queen

. The hyenas ask if they should follow Simba to kill him, to which Scar says now, telling them to let Simba die of exposure

. Simba returns to Pride Rock and tells Sarabi everything

. Scar and Zira show up declaring themselves the new king and queen

. Sarabi states that Simba is the rightful king

. Scar tries to snatch Simba away to kill him

. Sarabi strikes him with her claws

. Sarabi takes tells Scar to rule over the hyenas and that the pride is leaving

. The pride leaves on their journey

. As the pride prepares to sleep, Mufasa's ghost appears to Sarabi and tells her to take Simba to the jungle

. The journey continues and the pride arrives in the jungle

. Simba's training begins

I'm happy with the current progress.

I know it's not for awhile, but I'm looking forward to seeing Zira's dialogue in the rallying of the hyenas scene. I'm liking her portrayal in this story so far.


I'm also looking forward to the stampede, Simba running home, Sarabi beating the snot out of Scar, Mufasa's first ghostly appearance and the journey to the jungle.

All right, we're about to start the hyena chase. I'm looking forward to it. I'm also excited about doing "Under the stars".

We're now into the hyena chase. I have now introduced Shenzi, Banzai and Ed into the story. I'm gonna cover the chase in one big post (so that Amyz can post for Mufasa). Then, we have Scar and Zira rallying the hyenas and then the stampede. Now, here is the question: should we just start the scene with Scar and Simba in the gorge (Zira is with the hyenas waiting to start the stampede), or should we have a small intro, with Scar and Zira telling Simba that there's something for him at the gorge? It's up to you guys.

All right, we're at the point we've all been waiting for: Under the stars, the rallying of the hyenas, the stampede and the confrontation. I can't wait to see Sarabi slap Scar...

The scene after the stampede is also the major one in which Scar declares Zira his queen.
