Dispute of Kingship (open)

This was an RP originally planned between Sinba23 and me, although anyone is welcome to join.

Prologue and Exposition: After the events in Simba's Pride, and, inevitably, Simba's death, Kovu and Kiara become the new rulers of the pridelands. The great circle of life continues with Kovu and Kiara's two sons, known as Busar and Wivu. Busar, being the elder of the two, is the heir to the throne. In remembrance of Nuka's suffering, Kovu hides this fact from both of them for as long as possible.

Plot Summary (subject to change): As Wivu grows older, he begins to question who will be Kovu's successor. As soon as he discovers the truth, he becomes envious of Busar. This jealousy quickly destroys their brotherhood, as Wivu becomes obsessed with gaining power. Later, as Busar becomes the next king, he gives the title to his brother, after seeing how badly he wanted it. However, as a result of his thirst for power, Wivu's abuse of the title of king leads to his own impeachment, somewhat similarly to Scar three generations before.
