Personality: A wise leader, Jua is pure-of-heart and very courageous. Unlike most leaders, he dislikes any kind of violence and likes to think of his pride as one big, special family which is dear to his heart. Despite his big heart though, he can also be a little bit reckless and stubborn, sometimes needing his mates advice to steer him down the right path.
Description: Colours as seen in picture. He is much taller and muscular than any other Magharibi Lion.
Other: His right ear is missing, though the tale as to why is unknown.
History: Jua is the leader and head of the Sunset Pride, also known as the Magharibi's. His was born successively into the role, taking the leader after his father, and his father's father and so on. His rules are simple within the pride, treat every other lion as you would wish to be treated. Jua rules his pride with kindness and acceptance as his main values, and along with his mate Nalina the have a relatively peaceful existence. His main wish is for at least one of his sons to take over the throne in his place someday.
When Tajiri first came across the Sunset Pride, Jua was suspicious. But it was clear to him that the young male had been through a lot of hardships, and Jua felt sympathy for him. With the advice of his mate, Nalina convinced him to let the boy stay. And so Jua gladly accepted Tajiri as a new member of the pride.
