[A quick note before I get to this profile: If anyone here is active on the TLKPF's RP section, you may have seen this character posted in their RP board. For details on this, PM me, please! Thankies. ^_^ ]
Name: Bahadur Hasan Mohatu
Name's Meaning: Bahadur means 'Brave' in Arabic, while middle name, Hasan, means ”˜Handsome’
Species: Massai Lion
Gender: Male
Pride: The Rogue Pride
Rank in Pride: King
Alignment: Chaotic Good [This means that while he is inherently a good character, he is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the safety of those he cares for, and to do what he must to provide for them and for himself. Basically, if he has to, he has no problem breaking the rules to get things done.]
Overall Appearance: Like his long-lost brother, Bahadur has an almost excessively muscular and chiseled build. Thick bands of rock-solid muscle ripple underneath his pelt, and his very being seems to radiate physical might and endurance. The lion has somewhat soft light brown fur, with light mocha-colored fur on his muzzle, the inside of his legs, his belly, and were it not obscured by his mane, his chest and throat as well. As there is hardly an ounce of fat on his body, if not less, his pelt hugs his muscles very tightly and shows off his hard-earned build. He has a regal black mane that looks outwardly similar to Simba's mane, with a bit of the mane running along his underside, almost to his lower belly, as well as black 'tufts' of fur on his forelegs' 'elbows'. Finally, he inherited his mothers eyes, and as a result, has very expressive soft brown eyes that speak volumes about the lion's soul.
Size-wise, he is an abnormally large lion, towering two inches over King Simba himself, with his shoulders being several inches broader than the king’s, and weighing no less than six-hundred and fifty pounds. Needless to say, he is an incredibly intimidating sight. As a result of his size and coloring, he is a near mirror-image of his younger brother, Jamall, though the younger lion is slightly taller than he is.
Markings: Bahadur’s well-built body is not marred by the scars of battle. At least, not marred by any visible scars. The only true ”˜marking’ he has is a rectangular patch of black fur on his chin, extending from the bottom of his lip to the edge of his chin, forming a rough soul patch of sorts.

Personality:
Bahadur is a sharp-witted and eloquent lion, as well as a charismatic leader. His bravery and loyalty to his pride is unquestioned, as is his ability to quickly defuse volatile situations with carefully chosen words… Or sometimes a good bash to the head. However, while he is remarkably wise for his age and he is extremely intelligent, Bahadur can be rash and impatient at times, and can be easily angered or frustrated when things do not go in the favor of his pride, or when he feels as though someone is trying to give him and his people the short end of the stick.
History:
Bahadur was born to Kayin and Nadiyya, the same parents of the brother-sister duo, Jamall and Sky. However, he was born two years prior to Jamall, in the first few months their parents spent in the jungle. He never gained the chance to get to know his parents though, as he was kidnapped from them by an insane old monkey who thought he’d keep him as a ”˜pet’.
The monkey took young Bahadur to the far borders of the jungle, but when a nomadic pride happened across the demented monkey and the cub, who was in dire need of proper nourishment and care, they promptly took the child away from the mad chimp, and accepted the cub into their Pride.
And so, Bahadur grew up in the Pride; a group of wanderers who moved from territory to territory, never staying in one place too long. They were a ragtag group of rejects and exiles who were not welcomed in their home prides, but found a family amongst their fellow nomads. Bahadur came to love them all as his own family, even though he desired to know who his parents were.
He had a good life, though, and enjoyed every minute of his life in the Pride. But the Pride was not without it’s problems. By the time Bahadur was an adult, the king was old and in very poor health. He had no heirs to leave his throne to, and so by tradition, the Pride would hold a competition between the three strongest males to see who would be the next king. Bahadur, already in excellent physical condition, stepped up to the challenge, and effortlessly defeated both his opponents… Without ever laying a paw on them.
No-one honestly knows how Bahadur managed to defeat both competitors without harming them, as the competition took place far away from the influence of the Pride, but he managed it either with words or clever tactics, and thus became king.
That was five years ago. In the years since, he has proven himself to be a fine king despite his youth, and has earned the respect and admiration of his Pride. Somewhere along the lines, though, he met the mad monkey who stole him from his parents as a cub, and throttled the truth of who he was out of the cretin, giving him insight into his parents and the fact he had two siblings, both of whom live in the Pride Lands.
Armed with that information, he became eager to take his nomadic pride to the Pride Lands so that they could live in peace. The lion managed to talk his people into settling down in the Pride Lands, and even went so far as to promise the pride that he would forge for them a permanent home in the Pride Lands… Even if he had to openly challenge King Simba in order to do so.
Currently, he and the Rogue Pride are heading for the Pride Lands, and are dead-set on crafting a home for themselves there. Bahadur is running far ahead of them, Their prayers to the ancestors and gods above beg that Simba will accept them into his Pride, but all of them, including Bahadur, know that it's entirely possible that things will not go as smoothly for them as they had hoped... [History is a WIP; expect it to be modified soon.]
