Personality: The complete opposite of his father. He's usually very nice and caring, but if you mess with his family, watch out!
Description: He looks like a mix between Scar and Mufasa, Scar's coloring, Mufasa's body build, with a full black mane, green eyes. He has 3 scars on his right cheek, and a "Z" scar on the bottom of his front right foot. (They give that to all zoo lions to mark them as such, you know, should they ever escape.)
Other: His name was originally Zuthu, but was changed when he was a baby.

History: Ranger was born in the zoo, the son of Scar and a zoo lioness, named Nekela. (Scar got captured by humans at one point during his reign and got taken to the zoo.) He was originally named Zuthu. When he was 2 days old, he and his mother escaped, but a few minutes later, while crossing the road to the beach on the other side, his mother was hit by a car and killed. He found an old wooden box and floated in it to Africa, where Zira found him, renamed him Ranger and adopted him. He and Nuka are as close as any two brothers can be.
