Personality: Behind every great leader, there is a greater lady. Nalina is this lady for the Sunset Pride, using her wisdom and compassion in the best interests of the other lions and lionesses in her care. Though many would argue that she is just a figurehead, it is truly Nalina that helps to influence a lot of Jua's decisions within the pride.

Other: Her coat is two-tone, starting out dark and getting lighter. She is actually the darkest female of the pride.
History: Nalina is the leader and head of the Sunset Pride's mate, pretty much his wife and guiding light. Her relationship with Jua was an arranged marriage, and they were betrothed as merely cubs. This was the hardest obstacle to overcome, learning to be with a lion she did not love. Over time she grew to like him, even to care for him, and eventually after years, loved him. She was glad when the birth of her two sons arrived, knowing they would someday take their fathers place. Though she hopes they wont be forced to marry like she was.
When Tajiri first came across the Sunset Pride, Nalina could see that her mate Jua was suspicious. She knew it was only natural for him to be wary of the new male, but Tajiri seemed harmless and in desperate need of care, and so Nalina couldn't ignore that. She pleaded with her mate to let him stay, and was glad that he agreed.
