Personality: As a cub, he's a lot like his friend, Kivuli: very in your face, self-centered, and he loved to pick on/challenge his sister and Kuwasha. After going blind, however, he became irritable, and depressed: he could no longer charge through life as he did before. He now had to rely on his mother and sister to take care of him. As a result, he began to soften up, and actually started getting along with his sister, until Kuwasha ran away. He grew into a very quiet, and sad adult: he doesn't like how his friends have changed as adults, and it hurts him that he can do nothing about it.
Description: Dark gray-brown fur, darker fur on ears, light gray-brown toes, muzzle and underbelly, very dark brown inner ears/tail tuft, dark eyepatch, light green eyes, pridelander snout, black outlander nose. As an adult, his tail tuft becomes almost black, as does his mane. His eyes are duller in color because he goes blind. His fur is darker as well.

History: Mosi and his sister Adaeze were born to Scruffy in the Pridelands, shortly before Kiara and Kovu's cubs were born. Their father is a rogue. As a cub, Mosi was very ambitious, eager to take life head on, and would often set challenges and crazy obstacles for he and his friends (Kivuli, Faragha and Upendi) to overcome. However, he ALSO had a mean streak, which he would show to his sister and her friend Kuwasha (Upendi's brother.) Having no father, Mosi felt it was his duty to be the 'man' of his family, which is part of the reason why he's so reckless as a cub--too reckless, in fact. During a dare-gone-wrong (which involved a race across the elephant graveyard), he is severely injured, and though he survives, ends up blind for the rest of his life. When this realization dawns on him, something inside Mosi shuts off, and he becomes very depressed; refusing to respond to anything his mother and sister say or do. In his sightless eyes, he's become useless. Unimportant. Not even his friends will play with him anymore. (They visit him, but now that he can't see, Mosi's become a hazard and his friends are cautious because they don't want him hurt again.)
The one good thing that comes out of his blindess, is eventually, Mosi learns to open up to his sister, and the two finally become friends. Also....Faragha (Vitani's daughter) sticks by him constantly, and Mosi starts to realize that she may have feelings for him.
But when Kuwasha runs away, Mosi's slowly healing world shatters again. The mood around him shifts, becoming heavier, tenser, and those he was once so close with withdraw into themselves. Mosi, himself, becomes withdrawn again, but this time, instead of being depressed, he becomes very sad and regretful that everyone is so bitter, and there's nothing he can do. His mother still talks to him (as does his cousin, Harufu) but his sister, Faragha, and Upendi have chosen their sides, and have left him out....until Mosi finds himself in a forced situation: the hardened queen Upendi wants to have a cub to secure herself an heir, and as he's the only male left in the Pridelands who isn't related to her, he has no choice but to mate with her. His sister, Adaeze, does nothing to stop her. The reason Mosi is still in the Pride lands as an adult is because he is blind: he can't go off on his own to start a pride.
Even worse, when Upendi's cub is born, Mosi isn't allowed to see/interact with him. He is a stranger to his own son.
When Kuwasha returns, however, things change once again. Very slowly, but he and Kivuli try to mend the broken Pridelands. Mosi, who's been victimized most of his adult life, finally gets the chance to meet his son, Mrithi. He also finally talks to Faragha again, whom he learns still loves him, even after all this time. He tells her how he was forced to mate with Upendi (who is sorry for what she's done, even if she's having trouble saying it) and that, while he loves his son, he still cares for Faragha.
