I use an app on my iPad called Procreate to draw the sketch and the lines, then I transfer it to GIMP 2.0 and use the 'threshold' tool to change the lines into pixels to make it easier to colour.

Awesome! I'd love to have a white lion (but not pure white). Light creamy colours and an even lighter mane/tail tuft (maybe bi-colour mane/tail tuft with brown at the bottom or somewhere)
Pale green for his eyes. I'd like him to have some markings on him, maybe on his tail and back, in a brownish colour that's darker than his fur.
