Here we have Wazimu after he becomes mad. (Sorry for the awful anatomy on his legs and the fact I couldn't be bothered to colour in the lines!) He has acquired more injuries to him. He lost parts of his ears in a fight and got more scars around his body.
Now, for linking it with the song!
His scars now look like someone screaming (He's screaming deep inside you.) His ears now look like devil horns and his tail look like a devil tail (Now you know the devil's got you're number.)
