My entry for the current contest on TLKFAA. c: The colors are terribly faded, but it is supposed to be Sarabi and Sarafina. The background is grey rock, so I imagine it was during Scar's reign. The two lionesses are having another spat with hyenas, I think that would have been common during that time.
