Yay, new ref for Syena. She desperately needed it. X3 Pack/Rank: Undetermined / Matriarch Relations: Elbura -- daughter Description: Syena is a slim, sleek-furred female hyena. She is a fast runner, though her legs are shorter and she is more muscled than skinny. She has a tufty tail, and a narrow muzzle and wide ears. Her main fur color is a light gray, though has a hint of brown. Her underbelly is darker, and this color resides in her ears as well. She has a small, fluffy mane that hangs down more over her face. It also falls over her neck, rather than standing up in spikes. It is a whitish gray-brown, a lighter hue than her main body. Her tail tip and paws are the same, actually the very same shade as her mane. Her outer ears are very dark, and so are her eye shadows. Her eyelids, though, are her body color. The spots on her sides are symmetrical. She has five scattered on her front shoulder, and six on her back thigh. Syena's eyes are a very bright color, they are a chartreuse of sorts, a shiny yellow-green. Personality: Syena is a a very understanding and attentive character. She is much less likely to "play with her food" or even do the hyena laugh. In fact, she's almost embarrassed by the reputation of her kind. Syena is a powerful figure though, and a meaningful leader. She is not one to be taken lightly, and has intelligence to see through disguises and lies. Despite her usual peaceful outlook, she can be extremely nasty when betrayed or enraged. Syena will not usually "go crazy" but will try to calm down. She really has no interest in killing those who have wronged her, and doles out fair punishments. To her, the Pack she leads is her main care. Of course, it should be any leader's first priority. Syena will go to any end to keep her family safe, and would even sacrifice herself. But the only thing she truly despises are lions. For a creature so calm and wise, she can be dangerous and relentlessly unforgiving when the felines damage what she holds dear. This hate was nurtured by her parents and the previous leader's hate. Syena spreads this hate to her present-day Pack, and can be quite unlike herself when rallied against lions.
