Character Description

Mwezi is a young albino leopard, raised as a witch doctor and shaman as most albinos are in her homeland. She's generally shy and unsure of her place in the world, and very spiritual due to her upbringing. She mostly keeps to herself, with the exception of her friend Kuona, a griffon vulture. (He insists he only sticks with her out of simple practicality, but if he really wanted access to easy meals he could pick plenty of more successful hunters; the grumpy bird acts like something of a big brother to Mwezi.)

Not pictured in her headshot are her accessories: a snake rib earring in her left ear, and a doubled vine necklace to hold her casting bones. The necklace holds a small zebraskin pouch (which she keeps marked snake vertebrae in to do her bone castings with), a veiled chameleon skull, two duiker horns, and a few decorative wooden beads: almost all of the components (except the beads) have a mystical significance as well as decorative. The necklace and earring was given to her as part of her training as a mystic by the primates of her homeland (the only ones with the skill to make such things), and the necklace is her most precious possession.
