Aren't we all... They suck... had one of those early last week... very stressful indeed. And frankly, they really don't help much. But then again, this likely ain't helping much either, huh? Well, I do hope you get to feeling better soon. If you feel too stressed out, take a long walk, do something you like, make it an absolute priority above everything else. If this does mean ditching something, you ought to do it anyway. I value my well-being over chore, school, jobs, everything. Like I really need my alone time. Where I can do what I like, no interruptions, and 9 out of 10 times, silence. Not blank silence I'll admit, an ambient fan noise or two would be about it. No TV (don't watch TV anyway). Just alone time. I'm normally up all night from this, but hey, I hate being stressed out.
