Well in some situations you can't really escape in life. Its a horrible feeling. Like trapped in a cage and you want to seriously get out... That's how I am right now. Sick and trapped. (Hope this doesn't creep anyone out) I've been feeling down this week tho... :T
Things ought to get better for ya, especially if ya set your your attitude high. try doin' some selfless acts for peeps. Sing along to music you like! And obviously... draw positively. Try and go for chibbie. You want your surroundings to make you smile, so Why not draw some smiles.
That and you could always just lt it all out... I don't deal with stress and being rushed well. It builds up, and it all come pouring out. It's probably not the wisest choice of solution, but I had this happen to me just a couple days ago. Since then, I've been relatively calm and in a betterish mood.
