So happy that I finished this picture (=

Since Zira was banned from the Pridelands as an adult it means she must have been around when Simba and Nala were young. And I imagine her being just the meanie she also is when she's grown up. So she was like this from the start.. and probably caused lots of trouble for all the lions.

Well it's the first time I drew Zira and I did her as a cub x3 Included Tama as the one who was talking to Nala before this scene happened.. because I don't think I've ever drawn her before. Got her colors from one pic DJ88 drew ^_^

What else.. yeah this pic lacks dynamic but I wanted it to look like a scene that could have happened anytime in the pridelands so.. x3

I've always though of Zira being older, not quite as old as Scar but older than nala and simba, to me she always just seemed more mature and like by the end of simba's pride not too long after she might start showing her age. but thats just my theory, great art though!

I always thought Zira was the same age as Simba and Nala. I always believe Scar was her father. Not her mate -_-

Same here. But Scar being her father.. I never thought about this. But Scar adopted Zira's son (Kovu) as his heir so her also being his daughter is unlikely I think.
