[copy/pasta from deviantART] So... I can't remember that last I drew him with a smile on his face, or let alone, ever had him truly be happy and full of enjoyment and open on something. Certainly he shows smug grins and such, but never a truly happy smile. So, I drew him that way. Also with his "not yet acquired" goggles. He "may" get the goggle shortly after, or right before he gets back to Massilia, depending on things play out, cause I really like how they look on him. I myself love the steampunk stuff, so guess even that shows on Herne from myself. Too bad I do not own a pair of cool goggles. I will need to fix this sooner or later, maybe for Christmas? Also, I'm looking for ways for Herne to get out of Lightning, but am trying to do this in a way where I am not relying strictly on NPCs. I've not gotten any clearance on anything yet, but I do want a solid plan before I and whoever else would be involved would present the idea. Cause I would "prefer" Herne to be able to walk out of Lightning. But I do not know how I could do this, since his current health state is rather poor, he literally can't walk. I would need a way for him to get health back. The only idea I have would be him breaking, and saying what he knows of the city. He's yet to do this. From what I know and can tell (could be wrong) is Meni really wanting the info. And Herne refusing to give out said info to her. I don't see him ever giving to her directly. But he "may" give it to another to relay it... (I already have someone in mind for this, if it happens) In essence, I'm really just asking around for some ideas on stuff for him. I would like to get everything for him done and such, before I even think about plot stuff for my other EBC characters. I got the core plot already green-lighted. Helps Empire Cats out of city (done) Gets caught by Empire he helped (done) Spends some time there (currently at) Get out and goes back to Massillia, to face his actions (next) Goes through some events here, details are not worked out, but winds up failing at it somewhere Gets labeled as a Traitor, and leaves Massilia (exact cause not certain) Goes to Ice Empire (hopefully as an Apprentice) TBA, I am not sure at this point I hope I'm not doing anything against rules and such saying this here, is just asking around for plots and ideas. ^^; Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the happy Herne.
