Ahh, seems I am doing a yearly sunset image with Juanra. Any other char I try a sunset with doesn't turn out right for some reason. So guess he is my sunset guy. I did a lot of experimenting in this pic, mostly with lighting, to see I could get high highlights and dark shadows, and get a mix of midtones. Didn't really get what I was going for. But I still like the outcome. Need to figure out how to get extreme shading an lighting with traditional artwork. It's much easier digitally. I want an AT to come out correctly so I'll likely be spamming with experimental pics for a while until I get the lighting I gong for. Also, my schedule seems to be dying down for a while, so more art time. And maybe some more Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix hacks! Amen.
Now onto what this is about: I was listening to a song by My Chemical Romance, The Light Behind Your Eyes. I could see Juanra fitting with this song very well. So I went for it. The song describes everything you need to know, and this shows that Juanra can remain strong through it all. He has a sad story. That's about all I'll say. Plus I can see the vioce coming from him too.

Colour intensity mainly. Ought to be easier to an extent with markers, but even then, I wanted to have Jaunara dn part of the background come through the intense oranges I tried out. I had to sit a while to figure out how I was going to get what I got. I actually coloured Juanra last. Which isn't my norm. Can't wait to see it I must say! I plan on doing Ireland next btw. And got's a new pic up, or about to.
